UK customers: Returns are processed within 6 days of us receiving the item(s) back at our warehouse. Please note, weekends are not included in this timeframe.
International customers: We aim to process returns within 25 days of us receiving the item(s) back at our warehouse.
Once your return has been processed successfully, we will notify you via email. From this point, refunds usually take around 48-72 hours to clear and show in your account.

icon which can be located at the bottom left corner of the page. Make sure to have your details at the ready!
