Please be mindful that you're only returning Bo+Tee items.
We don't have the capacity to hold items that we aren't responsible for. Therefore, we're not able to send them back out.
If you know you've sent back an item from a different company, please do the following:
- Contact our Customer Service team straight away. You can do this here.
- Include your order number, full name and email address
- Include the tracking number
- Include a description of the item sent back and the parcel it was sent back in
As long as the parcel hasn't returned back to our warehouse, we can request for the parcel to be returned back to you. Please note that this is a request and can't be guaranteed.
If you're able to, please reach out to the chosen return partner and request for this to be sent back too.
